The Simplistic MAGA Minds

The MAGA Fascists stand for bigotry, but peeling the onion to another layer reveals specific behavioral traits. None of them are respectable, but their simplistic thinking is hazardous.

Let’s take the example of abortion. Medical treatment for pregnancies gone awry does not involve a healthy fetus. Look at the altered, phony photo accompanying this article. That cute little foot of a nearly full-term baby isn’t real. It’s Photoshop, yet this is the art bigots and religious kooks point to when denouncing the crime of abortion. To them, it’s some kind of “proof.”

The implication is that the preponderance of abortions is the result of “party girls” participating in irresponsible sex. Literally, that’s what Mark Robinson, our Republican candidate for governor, means when he says abortions are demanded by women who “can’t keep their skirts down.” This from a man witnesses say frequented porn shops, with a pizza box in hand to rent a private booth to relieve himself over what he called “hot transgender” porn. Publicly, he has called such material “sick” and “disgusting.”

The MAGA bigots railing against abortion can’t fathom ectopic pregnancies, where the fetus is trapped in a woman’s fallopian tubes, a life-threatening condition. Or, how about a miscarriage where the woman is bleeding severely and may die? What rationalization is appropriate for that?

Or is it that the bigot’s limited imagination can’t conceive of pregnancy other than in the context of a loving married couple or, sinfully, that party girl who can’t keep her skirt down? Is it a sin, as defined by self-righteous religious kookery? Of course, in the case of pregnancies that are the product of rape or incest, the godly woman must deliver the child to preserve the sanctity of life.

How many times have you heard about cases where the bigots and zealots like Mark Robinson have secretly disposed of an inconvenient pregnancy? Honestly, how can they live with themselves?

Let’s not lose track of the main point here—the MAGA bigot’s simplistic, simple-minded thinking. They point to the Bible — a tome virtually none of them has read, and judge others. Just wait until the bigot’s daughter is raped by her perverted uncle.

Bigots who haven’t had to face such trauma, or don’t even know anyone who has, pass judgment on matters they know nothing about. Or maybe they just can’t muster empathy for a stranger. Still, they believe Trump, a racist and serial liar, that Democrats want to kill innocent babies who have gone full term in their mother’s pregnancy or even a week after birth.

The bigot only has the mental capacity for a simplistic explanation for issues of enormous import to the human race. They apply that mentality to the complex problems of our society. Our southern border is challenging, and I don’t know anyone who disagrees. There can be solutions, but again, the MAGA bigot can’t wrap their imagination around complexity. They accept any manner of fantastical bullshit, such as Donald Trump saying that parents send their children to school only to return home as the opposite gender.

MAGA bigots allow fear-mongers to convince them that immigrants seeking asylum are vermin. They are predominantly murderers and rapists, flooding America by the millions, all in pursuit of hurting your family and voting for Democrats. They also want to eat your pets.

I remain astonished that anyone, including the MAGA bigot, could be so heartless and stupid. But here we are.
